Digital Magazine “Brown Swiss”

1. Scope
These (GTC) apply to all users of the digital magazine “Brown Swiss”, published by Braunvieh Schweiz Cooperative, Chamerstrasse 56, 6300 Zug, Switzerland, e-mail: info@braunvieh.ch, phone ++41 (0)41 729 33 11, which appears monthly (10 issues per year) and is available online worldwide.

2. Services
The magazine offers digital content on Brown cattle breeding, herd management, genetics and progeny test results etc. Content is accessible online and include paid sections.

3. Subscription & Payment
Annual subscription renew automatically unless canceled at least 1 month before the end of the current period. Payments are processed via available methods. Prices are in US $ and don’t include applicable taxes. According to Swiss e-commerce law, there is no right of withdrawal.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are only granted in cases of technical issues or incorrect billing. Refunds for the current year are excluded if content has already been accessed.

5. Copyright
All content is protected by copyright. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

6. Advertising and Sponsorship
Sponsored content and advertisements are clearly marked. We are not responsible for the content of advertising partners. Collaborations are disclosed transparently.

7. Liability
We are not liable for external content or technical issues. All content is created to the best of our knowledge but without guarantee of completeness or accuracy.

8. Community Guidelines
Respectful behavior is mandatory. Discrimination, spam, advertising, or abuse will result in account suspension. The editorial team reserves the right to moderate and intervene.

10. Jurisdiction & Law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zug.
